Refund policy

RETURNS


The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition (with all original tags attached).
Merchandise without an original sales receipt can be exchanged only.
Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. All underwear unless faulty may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
If the merchandise (including underwear) is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We cannot cover the customer's cost of return courier or postage for product which is being exchanged or refunded.
