SHIPPING

Delivery is FREE on any order delivered in New Zealand & Australia over $85 in value. All orders are sent by New Zealand Post. This means we need a physical street address for your order, because NZPost don’t deliver to PO boxes.

International orders are shipped via NZ Post.

All international orders over $150 NZD in value are shipped Free of Charge. We endeavour to pick up and ship all orders within 24 hours, during busy periods or in extreme cases it may take up to 4 working days for your order to be processed and leave our warehouse.

RETURNS

The merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition (with all original tags attached).
Merchandise without an original sales receipt can be exchanged only.
Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. All underwear unless faulty may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
If the merchandise (including underwear) is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We cannot cover the customer's cost of return courier or postage for product which is being exchanged or refunded.
